My Approach

I believe that healing happens when we allow ourselves to open up to what’s inside us. By bringing consciousness to our inner world, we uncover patterns and create space for change.

I believe in wholeness, not perfection and that what we hide in the shadow is a source of our unlived and unrealized potential.

I believe in learning about what we truly value and moving towards a life more in alignment with our deeper purpose.

My approach is client-centered and focuses on exploring your inner world – this journey inwards can feel daunting and scary. Having support makes a difference.
