A lifelong soul searcher, I’ve spent much of my life wishing I was someone else. We can’t start from where we aren’t. We can only start from where we are.

I am on the journey of tuning inward and leaning into, learning how to embrace myself with kindness and compassion. I am waking up to how the-things-that-lurk in my unconscious, in my shadow, impact how I show up in the world.
I’m grateful to have been guided by so many teachers and mentors along the way, in the form of humans, quotations, lyrics, people, signs and synchronicities. I share some of these on my website, and I invite you to take what resonates and leave the rest.
It is my intention to show up as the best version of myself, to bring my wholeness and authenticity to greet Life.
It is my deepest desire that you meet yourself in authenticity and love, so that your Presence may shine out into the world.
